Westlife’s Mark Feehilly celebrated his birthday in style with a surprise party at Manchester’s most exclusive private member’s venue, The Circle Club, organised by fiancée Kevin McDaid.

The singer partied with fellow members of the band after their gig at Manchester’s MEN arena with 50 close personal friends, where they enjoyed an evening of lavish entertainment as well as indulgence that has made the Manchester night spot a favourite with celebrities.

Fiancée Kevin, who has been with Mark for more than five years when the couple announced their engagement this January, laid on the bash by taking over the exclusive VIP Inner Circle which is themed after the seven deadly sins and has it owns dance floor as well as private booths, including one with two-way mirrors so revellers can party in private but still see all the fun.

Other features of the £1 million room, part of the club in the grade 11 listed Barton Arcade in Manchester City Centre, include a bar made from a church altar and doors from Clarkenwell prison.

The bandmates and the entourage entered the club after their gig by a private lift and almost immediately took the dance floor.

Highlights of the evening included burlesque acts, drag queens and a vodka ice sculpture of Mark in his army day as well as a giant birthday cake from the Circle Club’s award-winning chefs.

Other celebs that attended the bash included Kian Egan’s girlfriend former Hollyoaks star Jodi Albert and fellow actress Ali Bastian (The Bill and Hollyoaks).

“The boys had a great time and certainly seemed to enjoy the unique Circle Club vibe,” said Managing Director Craig Ince.

The 24-hour licensed private members’ club is no stranger to celebrities with regular club goers including Katie Price, Manchester City and United footballers, soap stars and movie stars, including Danny Dyer.

As well as the VIP Inner Circle, the club also has the original Circle Club basement venue and recently launched a new restaurant, Kitchen at the Circle.
